Hi, I am looking for Spanish material on the gluten free diet and about
celiac disease.  I have a new 1 y.o. pt and her father only speaks and
reads Spanish.  Mom has been translating but would like to make things
easier.  Any suggestions?  Also, if there is anyone on the listserv who
might be able to talk to him it would be great.. The family lives in
Rhode Island.  They have a computer though I don't think Dad uses
it,however, if someone wanted to correspond  I am pretty sure he could
