I sent an e-mail to Ethnic Gourmet questioning why their new packaging
on their frozen foods no longer states 'gluten free'. Below is their
response.

Dear Ms. Alexander:

Thank you for contacting us concerning our Ethnic Gourmet products.

>From time to time we use different suppliers and unfortunately we can not
guarantee that the ingredients used in the meals would remain gluten free.
We recommend checking the front of the product to see if the meal has a
gluten free disclaimer.

We appreciate hearing from our customers and hope you will continue to
enjoy the many fine products we produce.

Sincerely,

Ethnic Gourmet
