May 11 there appeared an insenstive, inaccurate, and irresponsible
article entitiled, "Let Them Eat (Gluten-Free) Cake" and it lumps
finicky eaters and those with true food allergies together.  It also
infers that they are allergic because they are dissatisfied with the
fare!  Ms. Bernstein's feeble attempt at humor makes fun of people with
food sensitivies and vegitarians alike.  Pleare ease take a look at the
WSJ article and if you feel inclined, as I did, set the record straight
with WSJ.  The article may be viewed at www.wsj.com, but only if you are
a subscriber.  For non-subscribers, it should be available at the public
library or at newstands.  Letters to the editor should be directed to
[log in to unmask]  It is a disappointment that a publication that
