Our hearts go out to those who suffer from hurricane Katrina and those who
will put the pieces back together. As Celiacs Helping Celiacs, CSA is working
with CSA Chapters in the region, Jim and Annette Bentley of the American Celiac
Society and others to help coordinate activities in the devasted coastal
areas.

As an initial step, the CSA website page,

       Hurricane Katrina (www.csaceliacs.org/KatrinaHurricane.php)

is available for

   1) posting updates from those who have found safety

   2) coordinating celiac food contributions and distributions

   3) listing your information about gluten-free food donations

   4) listing your information about gluten-free food distributions

Please e-mail your information to [log in to unmask] with the word
Katrina in the subject line.

Thank you.
