Good Morning!

I should probably finish with one post before going to another,,,,but I am frustrated again.

Last night I noticed a lymph node right under the 'point' area of my chin!! That thing hurts!  I have no clue what I ate to 'trigger this.'  I have been GF "officially' for about 4 months!  It takes time to re adjust to 'thinking/living' GF.  I was originally diagnosed the first of April. 

I have had the 'DH flares',(on my face), which have seem to lesson, thankfully, but one other incident with a lymph node under my arm, after getting a 'dah' for eating something cross contaminated back in May.  The inflamed lymph node went down 'in time.' Thankfully!

Has anyone else had a problem with lymph nodes 'flaring up?"  I don't know what to call it, and what in the world to do to get rid of it,,,,except drink lots of water, and not eat anything? 

Oh, before I forget, I want to say, I do feel stronger, and my endurance is MUCH better!! So, I am very thankful for that!
