Hi listmates,
  I just read an email from someone who couldn't get the site up for this diet guide but have so many emails for this I cannot figure out who to reply to so here is another way to get this listing:
   
  gluten.net click Heath Information then click on Gluten Free Diet then go to the bottom of this page and click on "Quick Start Diet Guide for CD".
