Most people suggested a latex allergy, but she never has a problem with
the latex gloves used.  One person said they rinsed off the rubber bands
before using to remove any dusting, it seemed to help.  You can get a
different type of rubber band, but they seem to snap easier.  The company
says they are gf, she does seem to be adjusting, so maybe it was something
else.  Thanks for all the responses.
