As of March 1999, the following Morton salts were GF. I contacted them and
received assurances in an email. They were very prompt and helpful. I
contacted them and asked about the Plain Salt (not iodized). The response
was was that "Our table salt line is not contaiminated by gluten or
prolamin containing ingredients. Our table salt products are gluten and
prolamin-free."

They listed the following additional gluten free salt products.

             Morton(r) Iodized Salt
             Morton(r) Coarse Kosher Salt
             Morton(r) Table Salt
             Morton(r) Salt Substitute
             Morton(r) Seasoned Salt Substitute
             Morton(r) Lite Salt(r) Mixture
             Morton(r) Salt & Pepper Shakers
             Morton(r) Pickling & Canning Salt
             Morton(r) Popcorn Salt
