Help!  I have been diagnosed with celiac sprue. It has been three years
now. I have been trying to find different foods to eat as I am tired of
rice, rice, and more rice!  I found  several recipes on the Internet
which calls for Sweet chestnut puree (Tinned) but have not been
successful finding it. Do you know where one can purchase this
ingredient. Also, another ingredient is called Tartaric acid. I can't
find this either.
