1. build up leaky gut and get rid of lactose intolerance by taking one l-
glutamine capsule [amino acid] and one probiotics capsule with each
meal. This formula heals the gut. You will start to feel better within
a few days, but it will take about six months to totally heal the
gut....You will have to take the formula [altho probably not as
frequently] for the rest of your life. By the way, plain yogurt or even
acidophilus won't cut it. Probiiotics is a very potent, special strain
of acidophilus. As your leaky gut heals, your energy level will return.

2. My MD told me to take the homeopathic remedy VERATRUM ALB 30C, 2
pills under the tongue as needed after a gluten attack. If I take it at
the first sign...like a rumble in tummy...I GET NO OTHER SYMPTOMS. You
can get this at a health food store...Borion is a good brand..for about
five dollars a vial. I always have a vial with me....just in case.

Hang in there...watch out for hidden gluten, esp in meds....check with Stokes
pharmacy in nj[they have an800 no] to make sure they are gf...and cut our canola
oil. A lot of us are very sensitive to it because it is grown on fallow wheat
fields. I also had a problem with balsamic vinegar.....unless it is a very good
and expensive brand, it has been cut with white vinegar, which may or not be gf.

good luck
Ann
