Nicola,  Hi,  Helen from Ireland here.
 
     I was horrified to read your letter,  If you are a Celiac, you
are a Celiac for life.  I can only hope, you letter was some kind of
joke and I was just to tired to catch it.
    As far as I am concerned,  the only quote in the Bible that you
should quote is  "The Lord helps those, who help themselves"
So do yourself a favour and help yourself to a Gluten free diet.
