The Boston-area celiac group is going to work on compiling a database of Boston restaurants who will work with us to make gluten free menus available for celiacs. I am wondering if any of you outside of the area have any experience with a project like this. If so, would you be willing to share your experience as well as any particular questions or forms that were used in contacting and working with the restaurants.For anyone in the Boston area, we would love to find out about any of your favorite restaurants who have been celiac friendly.
