Greetings Listserv,

Here's hoping everyone a happy and safe 4th of July.

Summer time is for BBQ's and family picnics. Banzo bread is a great
sandwich bread made with the convenience of the bread machine. Don't have a
bread machine? No problem, the mix is very easy to make in bread pans too.
It makes a great peanut butter and jelly sandwich for summer camps. Kid
tested, my kids love to take it on summer day trips.

Onion rings are a great addition to a grilled steak. Take advantage of the
nice weather and fry them outside in an electric frying pan or fondue pot.
When developing this mix it was tested at neighborhood BBQ's and they all
are converted to the rice flour recipe. We all know that deep fried food is
not recommended but feeling deprived can be fought off with the occasional
treat and one doesn't have to feel guilty because it is still gluten free.

Enjoy the summer days with a free 15 oz Cameron's Vanilla Cake Mix (great
for strawberry shortcake) with every order in July 2005. Online orders are
easy to complete. Call, fax or email with any questions or comments,
