Hello List Mates,
We know that Celiac Disease is the only disease controlled by diet. Is that why Thanksgiving means so much? I know, it's passed now and we're on to the challenges of our GF holidays - and just the point. I've expressed my feelings on my blog today http://www.notevenacrumb.com/
And I'd love to know if I'm the only one who feels this way.
