In answer to my question about milk substitutes the majority of people said
that DARI-FREE was the best.  Some said they used soy powder and a few said
they used soy baby formula.  I called dari-free and they assured me that
their product was gf tho they do produce all kinds of dairy free products.
I did not feel that he was totally sure what gluten free meant.
