There is a great place to eat in pompano beach Florida (between ft
Lauderdale and Boca Raton) called Cafe Arugula (954-785-7732). The chef's
sister has celiac and he stocks gluten free pasta's and most of the items on
the menu can be prepared in a safe fashion for us.

Its the first time in 2 1/2 years that I ate well in a resturant(portabello
mushroom pizza and spaghetti Bolognese, rather than asking for a 'plain
steak or fish and potatoes.

try it..its worth it.

David, in Miami
