Thanks to everyone who replied to my email. It was very helpful.
Most people said that my results were negative because I had been on a
gluten free diet. Makes sense. They also said that if I had a biopsy it
would probably be negative (lots of personal dealings in this area). Since I
have the gene it would be best to stay gf especially since I do notice a
difference when I eat gluten. Many said a biopsy isn't necessary. One person
asked if it were necessary for tax deduction purposes. Has anyone been able
to deduct their gf food on taxes?
A few people suggested that I do have the biopsy done but that I would have
to be eating gluten for 3-6 months beforehand.
Jeri
