Hello,

My employer recently entered the restaurant business as a sideline,  
with the purchase of a coffee house in a tourist beach town area.  She  
is very interested in expanding her GF offerings there.  I think I  
remember a couple mentions of programs to help small businesses  
educate employees, and other support for small restaurant owners.  Can  
anyone offer resources?  I will summarize.  Thanks!  --mel
