I read your post about the zithromax.  I was always told that the
Tablets contained Gluten and the Caps and suspension did not.  I looked
up in the presciption book from Stokes Pharmacy, and what did I find?
According to Stokes Pharmacy the Zithromaz Tablets 600 mg DO contain
Gluten.  I also recall talking to Pfizer sometime back about this also
and they also told me that the Tablets contained Gluten.  I would ask my
doctor for another antibiotic such as Biaxin, this is Gluten Free. This
is made by Abbott.  As I recall all of Abbotts medicines are Gluten
Free.
