Hi.

I need to buy a new electric grain mill for rice, tapioca, etc. Can 
anyone recommend one that grinds to a powder? How much did you pay 
for it? Where did you order it from? I bought a Whisper Mill about 10 
years ago and it died (my own fault). I'm desperate.
