at this moment we are avoiding wheat not all gluten (for now we are testing out wheat allergy theory not celiac, but may go down that road AGAIN, as his first biopsies were negative a few years back but his blood tests still are inconclusive). ANYWAY, we do use oats (for now).  So I am looking for a good banana muffin/banana bread using oat and white rice flours...anyone know of any??  Thanks!!
