Greetings all!!!!

I will be getting married in August, and our plan is to
have a pig roast rather than a formal reception. My
mother is getting to a point where she needs to find a
caterer (my fiance's family may want to roast the pig
themselves, but there is no final word on this) and
would like to find someone in central Ohio that is
knowledgeable and willing to accomodate special diets
(gluten, salt, and (mostly) lactose free...sounds
yummy, eh?). The entire meal need not meet all of these
requirements, but it would be nice if the bride
(myself) and her father (my daddy) could actually eat
at this shindig. I will have one other GF guest, and I
know there a few on the groom's side that have
impressive reactions to garlic but cross contamination
for them is not an issue....they just have to avoid the
stuff.

The party will be about four miles from the Delaware
State Park.

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
