Is anyone out there who is either lacotse intolerant or allergic to milk
tried using Goat's milk or goat yoghurt? What was your reaction? I
bought some goat yoghurt which I would like to try (I am both lactose
intolerant and allergic to milk). My allergy test report that I am not
allergic to goat's milk, so I guess it is mainly the issue of lactose
intolerance -- I thought I might be safe with the yoghurt. Any insight?

Also....someone posted to the list and mentioned that lifeway brand
kefir was lactose free. I found the brand...but it did not say lactose
free on the bottle so I was too scared to try it -- also, if you are
allergic to milk, the preparation of yoghurt or kefir won't make any
difference will it?
