Hi Everyone -
I'm brand new to this listserv and only 4 months into the GF world. I
was diagnosed via the blood antibody test (which all came back "off the
charts"). I've read that the gold standard test is bowel biopsy. Thus,
I had an endoscopy and a sigmoidoscopy performed, both of which came
back normal (no intestinal damage). Good news, yes, but when I asked the
GI specialist if the CD diagnosis may be wrong he said no way and to
remain GF forever. I've had symptoms for 4 years - mostly DH and
stomach cramping (no severe wt loss). I do feel better on a GF diet.

Has anyone else been diagnosed w/ normal biopsies? Are there different
levels of gluten intolerance???

Looks like there's great support out there - nice to know I'm not alone.
