Dear Sharon,
I fully understand what you mean about feeling lonesome, overwhelmed etc.
I too feel that way sometimes especially when all the goodies are set out
and I can't eat them. I find if I bring myself something comperable its
easier. Heres what happened to me yesterday. I went to breakfast with a
couple of my girlfrinds. I brought my own toast and coffee, the other 2
girls ordered their meal. I asked the waitress if I could have a coffee
mug and she said "No, I cant do that, I am not supposed to even let you
in unless you order". I politely accepted her statement and put up a good
front but was crushed inside. I was being especially careful that week as
I had a rash outbreak on my face and I figured the other 2 were ordering
so it would be ok. We have to remember that we cant expect other people
to understand and these incidents build character. So onward!!!!I feel so
good now and thats whats important. It feels goood to talk about it, Janet
