I even asked again about the teriyaki dish:

"thanks you so much, but I am really astonished to see Teriyaki Dishes
on this list.

So far I have found no Teriaki Sauce without gluten. You are probably
aware that soy sauce in most cases also includes wheat - so gluten?
Sorry to ask again, but I am afraid that my son might get a reaction.
...on the other hand I am so pleased to see so many new options for
him."


...and this was her reasuring reply:

"Imke, you can rest assured that our soy sauce is wheat-free tamari! We
are very thorough in checking all the ingredients in our gluten-free
meals.

I'm glad that you tried and enjoyed our Black Bean Enchilada. I'm sorry
but I don't know of any gluten-free teriyaki sauce.

I am really glad that I found some glutenfree frozen dishes now and hope
that this is a little help for some of you too.
