There's a great weekly news mag called, "The Week."  If you don't subscribe 
or can't find it on your newsstand, I'm sure you can see the short article 
online at their website.

Anyhow in the latest issue, and on Pg. 19, there's a short article about 
Arthritis sufferers getting new found relief with a Gluten Free & Vegan diet.

Those of you with friends that suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis, but not 
necessarily Celiac, may point them in this direction.
