I just want to thank all of you who responded to my query about gf
laxatives. Those of you who can deal with the problem with some success, you are  very
lucky.

I want thank the other sufferers, those  who have tried all the  remedies and
still have the problem, for sharing that information with me.

It is a difficult problem to talk about. Most doctors dismiss it, but it
does have a huge impact on my life. It's hard to make plans to do anything if
you can't be sure that you will be comfortable. I am fairly slender, but my
middle is so swollen at times that it's difficult to find clothes which will
allow for a grossly expanded waistline. I've been living with it for  most of my
life, but since everything slows down when you get older, this  problem
becomes even more severe
