I searched the archives and couldn't find anything about this. I just
purchased a copy of the CSA gluten-free guide, and they only list one
brand of molasses as being gluten-free. Yet, I have seen many gf recipes
that call for molasses as an ingredient, with no warning that it might
not be gluten-free. Does anyone know anything about how molasses is
processed? Would there be any way that gluten could be involved?

Thank,

Sherri Miller
