Hi all!

Just wanted to update all of my Celiac and Gluten free friends about the
exciting events taking place in my life right now. I am doing much better on
my diet and feeling better, (although I seem to have found a cross
contamination problem, but I filed an application for seperate campus housing
with a kitchen!!)

I wanted to let everyone know that last night I was crowned Miss Pioneer (TN)
which is a preliminary pageant to the Miss TN pageant, which leads to Miss
America. My platform is Celiac Disease Awareness, and it seems that the
judges and crowd really were interested in what I had to say! Here is where
you all come in....this title enables me to speak about my platform and
engage in other activities to promote the advocacy of Celiac Disease. I need
your help to try to find more information that we as Celiac patients want the
public and medical field to know. I would also like ideas on other ways to
promote my platform! If you can be of ANY help, please let me know!!! And
