Dear Fellow Listmates~

I know I have seen something in the past about wedding cakes, but searched
the archives with no luck.  My brother is getting married in the spring and
future sister-in-law is very concerned about providing a gluten-free
menu---including the wedding cake.  Anyone that can help, please email me!
