We are going to the Merida area in Mexico (Yucatan peninsula) in 3 weeks.
Are the corn tortillas in enchiladas generally GF? I have found that the
corn tortillas here in the US sometimes are not GF. What about the sauces
and side dishes, like refried beans, are those usually GF?
