I agree that it's great that Vegetarian Times is acknowleging our needs.
However, I was a bit miffed that after stating the sources of gluten (the
usual suspects including oats), that the author then chose to print the
recipe for "Creamy Vegetable Soup," which used "oats" as a thickener.

Sigh.  Well, at least they are trying and we are getting exposure!
