Sorry it took so long to post. From the few responses I received, it seems
safe because masa flour is derived from corn.We ate it and seem to be doing
fine. Everyone should try it, especially with canned tomatos added-it makes
a tasty chili and can be bought at your local grocer. Thanks to all. Ann
