Since it is the holiday season, it is important to remind everyone that
turkeys can contain gluten in the broths or flavorings.

Fresh turekys as bought directly from the grower are the safest
selection.  Please note this is not the same use of fresh as found in
stores.

Carolina and Cuddy Farms are two brands that I have recently checked on
the GF status.  There are other brands in others areas and everyone must
check the ingredients.
