Hey all! You know, after being a diagnosed Celiac for 15+ years, I have tried
just about all the mixes and pre-baked goods out there. However, I'd like to
offer a few mix recommendations for all the "newbies" out there, in
particular. I have no affiliation with any of the following companies, by the
way...

Here are the best that I've found:

Chocolate or White cake: Dietary Specialties cake mixes (very moist,
versatile)

Chocolate chip cookies: Miss Roben's Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (they
are chewy and delicious!)

Pizza Crust: Miss Roben's Large Pizza Crust (just plain great, and easy!)

Pancakes: Ener-G Foods Rice Mix (the pancake recipe is on the box)

Bread: Dietary Specialties Brown Bread Mix (again, the bread mixes are
versatile)

Brownies: Dietary Specialties Brownie Mix (but it has a lot of oil in it!)

These are the ones that come to mind. The best pre-made bread that I've found
is Ener-G foods Tapioca Bread. I also love the Glutano pretzels that you can
order from the Miss Roben's catalog.

Good luck to all!
