Hello
I am a diagnosed celiac and recently my doctor also suggested I experiment
by avoiding soya. Has anyone else faced this situation?
Does anyone know if Soya Lecithin (which is used in many foods) contains the
basic protein I should be avoiding? It seems that lecithin comes up in many
foods but in the UK where I live, it can be sourced from egg, soya or other
bases.
