We are travelling to Kona, Hawaii (Mana Launi) in a few weeks with celiac adults and children and wondered if anyone has any restaurant suggestions, as well as health food stores or stores where we can purchase GF.  We are staying in a house with a kitchen so we can do some cooking.  We will summarize and appreciate all suggestions.  Thank you.
