Hi,
We are going on a long-awaited vacation to the Southwest, traveling with Insight Tours on a bus. We'll be visiting many national parks- Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Arches, and Zion among them. We will have to purchase lunch inside the parks. 
I'm an experienced traveler and have been to many countries since diagnosis with no problems finding GF meals. This is my first time on such a tour without the freedom to explore options on my own. Luggage is limited and I don't want to fill my suitcase with foodstuffs unnecessarily. 
Has anyone visited any of the parks and eaten there?
