Hello,

Most of us know that while Lays makes many "gluten-free" products, there
have been problems with cross-contamination resulting from non-dedicated
lines.

On another gluten intolorance website, it stated that the exception to the
non-dedicated manufacturing process was the Lays Classic Potato Chips which
ARE run on a line by themselves.

I just called Lays this morning (1-800-352-4477), and the very nice
consumer support lady assured me that this was NOT true. The same
disclaimer applies to the chips as all the rest of the products. None of
the items are run just by themselves. Too bad....
