Thank you to all who responded about safe hams.

I received five messages indicating that Cooks was GF and had been used
by them numerous times with no reactions.  I also received two messages
stating the same for Hillshire Farms hams.  I received one message with
the same statement about Smithfield hams.

One person indicated that they use a local butcher that cures their own
hams and they feel that this is best.

Another person mentioned searching the archives which I had done, but
didn't find the info I was looking for.  I'll have to try that again.
