Hello all,

I am new to this whole celiac issue. I have long had a problem with feeling
like I was not getting enough calories. I now understand that that may in
part be a symptom of the disease. However, I have been GF for a few months
and I continue to almost never have a sensation of being hungry. I never
know when and or if I have eaten enough. Is this a common problem people
have, that is, not feeling hungry and yet struggling with not getting enough
calories to do things like sleep through the night or be able to exercise.
I had the same problem of no sensation of hunger before I went off gluten.
Alternatively, prior to being GF, I would have digestive sensations but
never know if the sensation was signaling hunger or if it was pain.

Thanks for any feedback.

Nancy
