Thank you to everyone for taking the time to respond to my question. I
received over sixty e-mails containing recipes, helpful tips and
encouragement. Haven't had time to try all but trying to get started. By
far the majority advise to bake my own rolls, over 35 in fact. Most of these
people used recipes obtained from Betty Hagman's Cookbooks. Seven used mixes
from Gluten Free Pantry. Over ten people were very satisfied with ready made
rolls from Kinnick-kinnick. One each for glutensolutions.com and Gluten Free
Delights. Five people were happy with rolls received from
www.gilliansfood.com.; three liked Ener-G Foods. I also had five e-mails
from people who have still not found anything satisfactory. I, personally,
am going to start baking and ordering both. Thank you all again so much. I
was very surprised at the positive comments and it has encouraged me so much.
