Along with the dehydration problems this past week. I am having sleeping
problems. For three nights in a week last week could not sleep at all
even with medicine to help me sleep. I was on amben and buspar, did not
sleep. Then try Tylenol PM to sleep. Did not work. These products having
been working in the past. I was like I was on high could relax but not
sleep. Took a demrol pain pill Thursday night and got some sleep. Went
to the doctor and said it may be that the receptors in my body may
needing more anxiety medicine ( clonazepam) in my body. Only taking one
pill a take, he took me off of it and to stay on buspar.

Gave me temazepam  to help me sleep. Took one pill last night and got a
good night sleep. Today was the day that I was having problems with
dehydration. Took allot of liquids, felt fine later this afternoon. Then
starting have legs problems moving and aching real bad. Finally got them
to ease . Took some buspar and later the temazepam to sleep. Well it is
1:00 a.m. still have not been sleep. wide awake.

Took medicine about 9:00 never got sleepy.

Has anyone had this kind of problems, and if so what did you do. This
really has been a crazy week.
