Hi-

A friend brought me some Glutino pizza shells with the expectation of
wonderful pizza tonight. I checked the archives and it seems that people
like them, but found no details on using them. I'm looking for tips on how
to best do them justice. I suppose you just spread tomato sauce on them
and toppings and cheese. But how long and what temp to bake? I'm tempted
to let the tomato sauce sit on them ahead of time to soften them up- is
that necessary/good idea/bad idea?

Also, there are three in a package. I imagine the extra(s) would freeze
well for later use- is this so?

Anyway, I'd love some input from people's experiences with them. Thanks!

Mary
