Hi,

I'm new to GF eating and I just recently have been trying to make some GF baking flour.  On a website I found a GF baking flour recipe:
 
1 c. brown rice flour 2/3 c. tapioca flour 2 tsp. xanthan gum 1 c. white rice flour 1/3 c. corn starch 3/4 c. sweet rice flour 1/4 c. potato starch  

My mom went to Whole Foods and she found everything except for the sweet rice flour.  Does it have a different name?  I don't know what else it would be called.
