Thanks to those who replied to my request.

Sierra Vista itself has several stores with good GF sections including
Fry's, Safeway and Sierra Vista Co-operative. Farther north in Tucson (and
most in phoenix also), people reported that Natural Grocers, Fry's, and
Sprouts all have a better GF selection than Whole Foods.

As far as restaurants go the Gourmet Girls GF Bakery and Bistro was
the only strictly GF restaurant and that's in Tucson. Schlotzsky's in Sierra
Vista has GF pizza as an option but is a regular pizza place so they buy the
GF pizzas. Farther north Picazzo's drew praise as a GF paradise with
restaurants in Sedona, Flagstaff and Phoenix. First Watch in Tucson was
recommended for breakfast and Sauce in Tucson has a GF pizza option. Several
responders use the Findmeglutenfree app. for restaurants and have used that
successfully.

The Grand Canyon area seems to be a dead zone for replies to mine and
previous archives so if anyone has anything to offer from there please
share. Thanks again to all. Mike Tetlow
