s Health Valley Cream of Mushroom soup sold in Canada? It is GF. I cook a chopped
onion, add the soup and curry powder, add cooked shrimp and serve it over rice.

Another thought - brown burger, add a can of tomato sauce and some shredded cheese
and serve it over rice.

Also - warm up some bottled Alfredo sauce and serve it over rice or rice noodles.

If you like hot dogs, after cooking them, cut them into bite size pieces and mix
thoroughly with heated cooked rice in a bowl. The rice will absorb the oils and
flavoring from the hot dogs. Hebrew National are particularly good for this, if you
can take the soy in them. They are gf and very flavorful.

Use cooked rice as a bed for pork chops or spare ribs cooked with barbecue sauce.
Spoon pan juices over the meat and rice.

You can make fried rice from your leftover cold rice. Add some oil to a skillet,
beat a couple of eggs, pour into hot oil, scramble, add the rice, chopped onions,
ham/pork/bacon, green/red bell pepper, frozen peas thawed in the micro for a minute,
GF soy sauce, salt & pepper, garlic & onion powder.
Stir, cook on low heat til it tastes like you like it. Enjoy!

SPANISH RICE (good with tacos!)

(Amount of rice you normally cook)
Coat rice with olive oil--½ teaspoon to start with; add
	                                       a little more if needed.
	                                       (I use Jasmine rice.)
	Add:
	     1 can Chicken broth, (Swanson’s )
	     ¼ cup tomato sauce,
and enough water for amount of rice
(Total liquid = chicken broth, tomato sauce,
	       and water combined)
	Add:
	     1 small onion, chopped,
	     ½ teaspoon salt
	     1 teaspoon spicy paprika
1 clove of garlic (or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder)
Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.

	NEVER FAIL RICE (our favorite)

	Melt 2 tablespoons butter/margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
	Add:
1 small onion, diced. Cook until translucent.
	Add:
	     2 cups Jasmine rice
2 cups Chicken broth (or 2 cups water with chicken bouillon added)
	     1 - 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
	     ½ teaspoon chili powder
	     dash Worchestershire sauce
Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
This is great with pork or chicken.
