Listmembers, thanks for all your help! I'm relatively new to the
Celiac world, but thanks to you and others close to home, am
managing quite well.

I'm leaving in a few days for the southwest, and will be traveling
about 3 weeks. Any ports of call where good meals are
available, or shops to replenish supplies along the way will be
appreciated. I copied the Palm Springs info., so need to repeat
that, but will be in Lee Vining, CA., Yucca-29 Palms, CA. and
later Phoenix, Tucson, Green Vallely, AZ. and finally around
La Cruces, NM.

We have an auto refrig., and my husband bought an adapter so we
can plug it in at motels. My trusty toaster is coming along, and prob-
ably enough supplies to make it through if necessary. I've done some
restaurant meals, so am fairly good at making choices, but if you
have special places of preference, I'd appreciate hearing it. I'm
not lactose intol. and am one of the osteoperosis celiacs. Thanks.
Joan--Wisconsin
