Cure 81 and Cook's hams are both gf.

______

Hormel hams are gf and so are Albertson's store brand turkeys.
What kind of stuffing do you like? I make cornbread stuffing.

______

Last Thanksgiving I ordered an organic, free-range fresh turkey
from my local health food market, but I can't remember the
brand. For stuffing, I used home-made cornbread that I had
dried into crumbs, broth from the turkey giblets, celery and
onion, diced apples and gluten-free sage sausage from my
local meat man. I used oil to saute the vegetables instead
of butter (my daughter and I are also lactose-intolerant.)

The stuffing was so good that a large portion of it never
made it into the turkey (the kids were eating it out of the bowl)
and nobody had the faintest notion it was gluten-free.

Usually my mother has thanksgiving at her house, but since
my kid and I found out we were celiac, that was becoming
somewhat of an ordeal. Instead, I decided to have the
celebration at my house, and then I would know that
everything was OK to eat. I must say it was the best
Thanksgiving ever for me.

______

Shady Brook turkey is gf..Kirkland ham [from Costco] is gf
and excellent. In terms of sliced ham....Boar's Head

______

Honeysuckle White Turkey products are GF, Hilshire Farms Honey
Cured Hams are GF. Confirmed with Mfg. as of May of this year.
Hope this helps. (800 numbers are located on labels for both mfg's).

Go to this other good site:
http://forums.delphi.com/celiac/messages/
You'll find GF stuffing and ham glaze recipes. And there
are knowledgeable and understanding people there .

There is Abigail's Gluten-free list, and I have
voluntarily posted thousands of GF recipes.

______

For turkey, I make cornbread with corn meal and corn flour...I
use that for stuffing, add the usual spices, celery, onion...you
can also add corn or raisins.
